Shipping & Returns

Gates Bar-B-Q stands behind their product 100%. If at any time you order something you are not happy with it you can return it to the office or the plant and we will refund your money. The product you return must be in good condition and be able to be resold if possible. If there is a problem with any product you can contact the plant manager and we will either send you out a replacement or refund your money if you desire.

All orders received before 9am CST are processed same day, orders received after 9am CST will be processed the next business day Gates Bar-B-Q guarantees all orders are delivered with in 7 business days.

We use UPS to ship our products. UPS does not ship to the following:

Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted by UPS
